Privacy Policy

This policy explains how GarageFloorEpoxy.com ("we") collects, uses and shares information on GarageFloorEpoxy.com.
Information we collect
- What you give us: name, phone, email, street address, ZIP code and your project details (garage size, floor condition, finish, timeline, homeownership).
- Consent records: the consent language you agreed to and its version, the date and time, IP address, browser information, page address, and a consent certificate from TrustedForm or Jornaya LeadiD.
- Automatically: device and browser data, pages viewed, and referral information including advertising and affiliate click identifiers (for example UTM parameters, Everflow transaction IDs, Google and Microsoft click IDs).
How we use it
- To match your request with installers and send it to them.
- To keep records that show you consented to be contacted.
- To credit the partner or ad that sent you, measure performance and prevent fraud.
How we share it
We share your request with up to 4 marketing partners who may contact you, and with service providers who help us operate the site (hosting, security, lead distribution, consent certification). We are compensated when we share your request with partners, which may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under some state laws. You can opt out on our preferences page.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar storage to keep the site and your in-progress quote working, remember where your visit came from, and measure site and advertising performance. You can turn off analytics and marketing cookies on the preferences page or in your browser settings. We honor Global Privacy Control signals as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your information.

We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by state law, and we do not knowingly sell or share the information of consumers under 16.
Your rights

- know and access the personal information we hold about you;
- delete it, or correct it if it is inaccurate;
- opt out of its sale or sharing, and of targeted advertising;
- use an authorized agent to make a request for you; and
- not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
Make a request on our Your Privacy Choices page or by emailing privacy@garagefloorepoxy.com. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a valid opt-out of sale and sharing. We will verify requests by matching the contact details you used, act on opt-outs within 15 business days and respond to other requests within 45 days.
Appeals. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing privacy@garagefloorepoxy.com with "Appeal" in the subject. We will respond within 45 days. If you are not satisfied, you may contact your state attorney general.
Retention
We keep lead and consent records for five years to meet legal obligations, then delete them.
Children
The site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
